R & D teamThe Center has a number of highly educated technical and management talents, with more than 40 employees. Among them, 90% have bachelor degree or above and 30% have master degree or above. The Center has an advisory committee and an engineering technology committee, which is led by academicians and composed of five well-known experts in the drug field. The engineering technical committee is composed of 32 experts in the field of pharmacy. In recent years, the engineering technical committee has successively recruited 8 returned PhD from different fields, injecting new ideas and new vitality into the Center. In addition, relying on its own advantages and characteristics, the company has successively carried out international cooperation and innovation with large multinational pharmaceutical companies such as RPCI in the United States and Sanofi Aventis in France by means of technology introduction and joint development.
