Research Interests
The group led by Hu Jinping mainly works on:
1. Design and accomplishment of non-clinical DMPK study in new drug development.
2. Early evaluation of ADME of lead compounds.
3. Establishment of PK/PD modeling.
4. Modulation of drug metabolizing enzymes and transporter.
5. Structure-activity relationship between nature active ingredients and drug metabolizing enzymes/transporters.
6. DDI study based on drug metabolizing enzymes/transporters.
