个人简介

2014年在北京协和医学院bobapp官方中国有限公司 获得博士学位,药物化学专业,导师雷平生研究员。一直从事非天然糖类化合物的合成及糖苷键的构建,对糖类化合物合成、结构解析有着丰富的经验。参与或主持了国家重大新药创制课题-抗G-耐药菌新药的发现与研发的子课题项目;创新药物发现与新技术专项-类具有高抗菌活性的酮内酯类抗生素的合成及生物活性研究;创新工程-复杂天然活性化合物的合成与新药先导物发现研究-任务2。

研究方向

近五年一直从事非天然糖类化合物的合成及糖苷键的构建,意在发现高活性分子。具体研究方向为含糖苷键活性天然产物结构改造及构效关系研究;硫酸软骨素寡糖全合成、多糖半合成及成药性研究。共计发表sci论文十余篇,申请专利多项。
