个人简介

研究员,硕士生导师。中国中药协会微循环用药专业委员会常务委员、国家禁毒委员会非药用类麻醉药品和精神药品专家委员会委员、北京药理学会心脑血管药理专业委员会委员。研究方向为核磁共振技术在药物研发中的应用研究,包括多组学在心脑血管创新药物的发现、评价和成药性等关键环节应用研究,复杂混合物系统微量物质定性、定量分析和蛋白质溶液结构分析及生物大分子与药物小分子相互作用研究等。在国内外重要刊物发表论文70余篇。参与编写专著三部。主持承担各种国家省部级科研项目18项。包括863计划国家支撑项目、科技部“重大新药创制”科技重大专项“十三五” 计划项目、北京自然科学基金面上项目、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程专项等。

研究方向

长期从事基于核磁共振技术的代谢组学在心脑血管创新药物的发现、评价和成药性等关键环节应用研究.研究对象包括与脂代谢紊乱相关模式动物、临床病人及相关药物及新药候选化合物。为相关病理、新药药效及药理学提供新的观察视角及切入点。在近几年时间里,在863、十三五和院创新工程基金资助下,我们先后开展了代谢组学关键技术研发;基于联用技术的药物代谢分析;基于代谢组学、多组学数据整合分析及生物大分子与药物小分子相互作用分析等多项研究,应用于心血管治疗药物及新药候选化合物进行药效及作用机理研究。旨在在精准刻画生命的分子特征和药物作用物质基础前提下,探索二者在生命体征中可能的相互作用与影响。
