崔华清,bobapp官方下载 研究员,2010年获得德国海德堡大学药物化学博士。研究经历还包括美国明尼苏达大学药物设计中心博士后;英国邓迪大学生物化学与药物研发中心博士交流生、西班牙国家研究机构生物医学与寄生虫病bobapp官方下载 博士交流生。2013年6月加入bobapp官方下载 合成药物化学研究室工作。

1,经典药物化学:基于先导化合物,设计与合成小分子干扰剂,进行药物靶点活性的评价。活性好的化合物继续进行成药性评价,获取临床候选化合物。
2,靶点活性筛选:选取药物蛋白靶标,获取重组蛋白,设计合成底物探针,建立高效、准确的分子水平筛选方法,尤其擅长建立荧光检测方法。
3,体外诊断试剂研发:通过化学与生物学科的交叉方法,专注于研发创新类体外诊断试剂。如,荧光分子探针、核苷类分子探针及其他生化试剂在IVD中的应用。
