主要研究领域包括抗结核与抗肿瘤药物研发、生物活性天然产物的合成及结构改造、有机合成方法学等。作为课题负责人主持了“重大新药创制”国家科技重大专项子课题、国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程和中央公益性科研院所基本科研业务费等项目。作为主要研究人员还参加了药物所与全球结核病药物研发联盟的国际合作项目,国家“十一五”、“十二五”重大新药创制专项,北京市科委以及与企业合作的开发项目等多项课题。在药物化学领域权威期刊Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等发表研究论文30余篇,申请和授权发明专利多项。2011年和2013年分别获得中国药学大会暨第十一届中国药师周优秀论文三等奖和第十一届全国医药卫生青年科技论坛优秀论文三等奖。2018年获得bobapp官方下载 “梁周黄于刘青年科技奖”二等奖。
