本科毕业于北京医科大学(现北京大学医学部),获得理学学士学位,研究生毕业于中国协和医科大学(现北京协和医学院),先后获得理学硕士和药物分析专业博士学位。现任北京协和医学院药物分析学系副系主任,药物分析研究室副主任。主要从事药物分析和药物代谢的研究工作,作为项目负责人承担和完成了国家自然科学基金、重大新药创制专项、卫生行业专项等国家和省部级研究课题,2009年度入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。现兼任Biomedical Chromatography地区主编、《中国药学》(英文版)、《药物分析杂志》、《质谱学报》、《药学学报》、Journal of Separation Science等杂志编委。中国药学会医药生物分析专业委员会副主任委员和国际反兴奋剂组织(WADA)实验室认可评审员等。
主要研究方向是药物分析新技术及方法研究与应用。重点研究内容:
1. 构建色谱质谱联用和多维数据分析的药物关键分析技术平台,解决化学药、中药、抗体药和药用辅料关键质量属性和体内药效物质关键分析技术瓶颈。开展创新药物质量分析方法研究和标准制定,支撑创新药临床前药学研究。
2. 建立体内药物及其代谢物分析方法,开展药代动力学研究。
3. 开展代谢组学和蛋白组学分析技术研究,发现药物靶标和探索作用机制,诠释中药作用物质基础和机制。
