胡宽,国家海外高层次青年人才,北京市“科技新星”。迄今已在国际著名学术刊物上发表高水平 SCI 论文 70 余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)身份发表40余篇论文,包括 Nat. Commun.、 Sci. Adv.、 Agnew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Immunother. Cancer、Nano Energy、Nano Today、Acta Pharm. Sin. B、Small、CCS Chem.、Bioactive Mater.、Adv. Drug Deliver. Rev.、Coordin. Chem. Rev.等。获得授权发明专利 9 项;撰写中英文专著共 2 本。开发的两个多肽诊断类核药已经进入临床阶段。兼任 Front. Chem.、 JoVE、 Materials 等 SCI 期刊的客座编辑,兼任中国生物工程学会青年委员。主持国家、省市、院校各级项目课题多项。曾获日本高度人才称号、 WILEY JLCR 青年科学家奖、日本核医学会研究奖励赏、中美核医学与分子影像协会青年科学家奖、美国核医学会年会最佳海外摘要奖等荣誉 10 余项。

以解决临床重大用药需求为目标开展创新药物相关的研究。
1、 以攻克威胁人类健康的重大疾病(如恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病)为导向,开发具有临床诊断和治疗价值的多肽核素偶联药物和BNCT靶向药物;
2、 结合化学合成和基因工程方法,发展高通量筛选先导活性多肽方法;
3、 开发温和高效的生物正交方法,用于多肽、蛋白等生物大分子的核素选择性标记, 并进行临床评价。
