科研队伍

自2005年一直从事神经药理学的研究。近五年来主持课题共10余项,其中国家级项目5项,北京市重点项目1项,北京市自然基金面上项目1项。发表SCI收录文章70余篇,申请专利3项。

目前主要的研究方向是基于分子、细胞和动物模型探究帕金森病(Parkinson‘s disease,PD)发病机制,并开发治疗PD的创新药物。根据目前主持的课题,具体研究内容如下:
1. 帕金森病发病机制研究:聚焦帕金森病相关基因,研究PD发病机制。目前主要基于神经炎症、脑-肠轴、朊蛋白样病变等学说,研究-突触核蛋白(-synuclein)和孤儿核受体Nurr1与PD发生发展的关系与机制,为PD药物研究提供理论依据。
2. 抗帕金森病创新药物研究:以目前国际上研究PD发病机制的理论为指导,结合本课题组的研究基础,针对G-蛋白偶联受体等神经退行性疾病相关的靶点,从分子、细胞和动物三个层面建立多种PD药物筛选和评价模型,并与其他课题组合作,共同研发神经退行性疾病创新药物。
