目前在APSB等多种学术期刊担任编委和审稿人。主持和承担国家自然科学基金,北京市自然科学基金和科技部项目。
一共发表科研论文90余篇,其中在Journal of Clinical Investigation (JCI), Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, PNAS, Cancer research, Oncogene, Journal of Investigative Dermatology ,Cancer letter,Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B等世界著名期刊发表SCI论文70余篇文章。
主要从事肿瘤的机制研究和抗肿瘤相关药物靶点的确认、药物筛选模型的建立及药物筛选、以及活性化合物的深入评价工作、利用人工智能、生物信息学和网络药理学研发新药。
