主持和参与国家重大新药创制科技重大专项、国家科技项目(攻关)计划专题、国家863课题、国家自然科学基金等项目等。

1. 创新药物的过程控制及质量研究
药物质量研究是新药研究中的重要环节之一。采用物理、化学等方法及各种仪器分析方法对候选化合物进行全面质量研究,从而保证药物安全性和有效性。
2. 药物及代谢产物的分析研究
研究候选物、药物及其代谢产物的理化性质,结构表征方法,建立药物及代谢产物高效灵敏的分析方法,综合进行成药性评价。
3. 中草药有效成分分析及体内过程的研究 基于色质联用技术,建立中药多组分分析
的新方法,研究中药药效物质基础,科学评价中草药。
