基于合成生物学的天然药物化学研究:
1. 基因驱动的活性天然产物发现:以生物合成基因为导向,利用生物技术激活宿主中的沉默基因,表达常规实验条件下难以产生的活性化合物。
2. 药用天然产物的形成机制:阐明药用天然产物生物合成中的催化机制及调控机制,挖掘功能独特的生物合成酶;阐释天然产物的内源性功能及作用机制。
3. 天然药物合成生物学:通过合成生物学技术发现并获取天然药物中的稀有活性成分,并进行异源合成和结构优化,以摆脱对野生资源的依赖。
