Research Interests
Based on chemical biology, Hu Haiyu's group uses chemical methods and techniques to explore molecular events in organisms, understand the essence of life phenomena at the molecular level, and explore disease mechanisms. With the development of new drugs as the main line, it mainly targets major diseases such as tumors, infectious diseases and arthritis, and develops new disease diagnostic reagents and therapeutic drugs to provide services for human health. Dr. Hu’s research interest mainly focuses on the development of new drugs, including the development of (i) smart molecular probes, (ii) targeted drug delivery, (iii) target discovery and validation.
