Research Interests
Research interests of the Liu Yunbao group focus on the discovery of bioactive substances from natural products, and the structures and functions of the discovered bioactive compounds. In particular, their researches aim towards the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungi associated with special hosts such as toxic medicinal plants. The group also works on the development of new drugs based on the bioactive substances from natural products.
