Research Interests
Our research group concentrate on the key issues of medicinal chemistry research including: molecular design, druggablity oriented structural modification, and the impact application of other innovative methods. Aiming at the important target of autoimmune disease and cancer, the molecule design, synthesis, biological and druggability evaluation were conducted to support the drug discovery research.
Research field:
(1) Drug discovery based on the Artificial intelligence (AI) method.
(2) Drug discovery based on the Receptor and ligand design method.
(3) Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of PROTAC molecules.
