催化苯丙酰葡萄糖酯合成的葡萄糖基转移酶的克隆和功能鉴定

从灯盏细辛中克隆获得催化合成酰基葡萄糖酯的糖基转移酶(UGT75L25和UGT75X1),二者均有一定的底物杂泛性,酰基葡萄糖酯类产物兼具糖基供体和酰基供体的功能。将UGT75L25组建到高产UDPG的酵母工程菌中,获得了高产酰基葡萄糖酯的菌株。

Two UDP-glucosyltransferases, UGT75L25 and UGT75X1, isolated from Erigeron breviscapus, catalyse the formation of hydroxycinnamoyl glucose esters, which are used as bifunctional donors in the glucosylation or acylation of anthocyanins. An engineering yeast harboring UGT75L25 was constructed and used as a whole-cell biocatalyst for production of acyl-glucose-esters with high efficiency. DOI:10.1021/acs.jafc.8b07215
