个人简介

苑玉和,研究员,博导。 主要研究方向:研究以抗帕金森病为主的创新药物及作用机制。在分子、细胞和动物层面构建多种模型,在此基础上研究以帕金森病发病为主的创新药物。近五年来负责课题共8项,其中国家级项目5项,北京市重点项目1项,面上项目1项。近5年发表SCI收录文章30余篇,申请专利6项。

研究方向

主要研究方向:研究以帕金森病为主的神经系统疾病创新药物及发病机制。具体研究内容:
1、 基于脑肠轴和神经环路研究帕金森病早期发病机制与防治药物
2、 基于G蛋白偶联受体(GPCRs)研究神经系统疾病治疗药物
3、 利用光遗传技术研究神经系统疾病发病机制
4、 研究防治脊髓损伤的创新药物
