Research Interests
Yang Min group’s research focuses on:
1. Tumor biomarkers
Deep mining of high-throughput omics data, the relationships between clinical phenotype and gene profile, immune response, signal pathway, molecular network, and molecular classification; finding novel tumor biomarkers and facilitating clinical transformation through prediction models and tissue microarrays.
2. Mechanism of tumor development and metastasis
Potential drug targets of transcriptome, single cell sequencing, and metabolomics data, the function and regulatory mechanism of drug targets relating to tumor prognosis, recurrence and metastasis by pathology technique, multimodal molecular imaging technology, molecular cell biology, and gene modification.
3. Molecular targets of cardiovascular remodeling
Immune inflammatory response based on the omics data and modified model animals, the mechanism and efficacy evaluation of hypertensive heart injury model, adriamycin myocardial injury model, and atherosclerosis model.
